Questions, answered.
Everything we get asked about working with NRMD. How we work, what it costs, what you own, and what happens if it doesn't work. Don't see your question? Ask us directly.
Getting started
What's the first step to working with you?
A 30-minute discovery call. We use it to understand your context: your stage, what's working, what isn't, what you've tried. No deck, no pitch. By the end we either have a clear next step (an Audit proposal, or a recommendation that we're not the right fit) or we keep talking.
Who is NRMD a good fit for?
Companies that treat growth as infrastructure, not as a series of campaigns. Typical clients have product–market fit, an existing revenue motion (B2B or B2C), executive sponsorship for the work, and a willingness to make decisions from data rather than gut.
Is the discovery call free?
Yes. The first conversation is free, for both of us, since we use it to filter as much as you do. If we proceed to an Audit, that is where paid work begins.
Our work
How is this different from a traditional agency?
An agency sells you hours and runs campaigns. We design, install, and operate a growth engine connected to your data, your accounts, and your dashboards, and it compounds value over years, not weeks.
What kind of companies does NRMD work with?
Companies that want to treat growth as infrastructure: scalable B2B or B2C models, executive sponsorship, and commitment to data-driven decisions over hunches.
What does the Audit actually deliver?
A documented map of your current growth system (channels, conversion paths, data flow, attribution, paid spend allocation, retention loops), a competitive snapshot of where your brand sits in its industry versus your main competitors, and a prioritized list of leverage points with the projected impact of fixing each. It is a working document, not a slide deck.
Do you work as part of our team or as an external partner?
Always as an independent external partner. We have a defined operating process that we apply consistently across every engagement, and staying outside your org chart is what lets us keep that process tight. You get full transparency, full access to dashboards and decisions, and a working session cadence that keeps everyone aligned.
Process & timeline
How fast do we see results?
The Audit delivers value in 4 to 6 weeks. The Build installs infrastructure in 8 to 12 weeks. First quantifiable lifts typically appear between month 3 and month 5 from the start of Build.
How often do we meet during a project?
Weekly working sessions during Build (45 minutes, focused, with an agenda we send 24 hours in advance). Bi-weekly during steady-state Operate. Plus async updates in whichever channel you prefer: Slack, email, or a shared dashboard.
What does a typical engagement look like end-to-end?
Discovery call → Audit proposal → 4–6 week Audit → Build proposal → 8–12 week Build → Operate (ongoing, monthly). You can stop after Audit, stop after Build, or continue with Operate indefinitely. Each stage is its own decision, not a locked-in path.
Tech & data
Do you work with existing tech stacks?
Yes. We audit what you already have and build on top of that. We only recommend changes when the ROI is clear.
Who owns the data and systems you build?
Your data, your accounts, and your dashboards are 100% yours. We operate the AI layer that connects them. If you ever transition out, your data stays, your accounts stay, and we hand off documentation so your team can take it from there.
What tools and AI models do you use?
We stay at the frontier. AI models and tools evolve fast, so our stack is not fixed. We adapt it to whatever delivers the best results at any given moment, and you always get a clear picture of what is running where in your engagement.
How is our data protected?
Encryption in transit for all traffic, role-based access controls on our side, NDAs in every engagement, and careful selection of any third-party processor that touches your data. Specific obligations are detailed in the MSA we sign before work starts.
Pricing & terms
What's the minimum contract?
Audit is a one-time payment. Build is a fixed-scope project. Operate is monthly with 60-day cancellation. No surprises.
Do you manage paid media budget or does the client?
Your company pays Meta, Google, and other platforms directly. We operate the accounts with admin access. Full transparency, no hidden markup.
What happens if we want to part ways?
Operate is monthly with a 60-day notice period. Your data, your ad accounts, your social profiles, and your websites are yours from day one and stay yours. We hand off dashboards, documentation, and access credentials so your team or another partner can pick up without a gap. The internal operating structure we built (playbooks and workflows) is part of NRMD's IP and stays with us, but everything you need to keep your growth engine running goes with you.
Team & operations
Do I need to have my own marketing team?
Not required. We work with in-house teams, with no team, or with a mix. In every case, your team gets full transparency and documentation, while we run the day-to-day operation of the system.
Where is NRMD based and what time zones do you cover?
We're based in Mexico City (CDMX) and Vancouver, Canada. The team operates across Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Default meeting hours run from 9 AM to 7 PM Central Time, with flexibility for project-critical calls outside that window.
Do you work in English, Spanish, or both?
Both. NRMD is a bilingual team. Documents and dashboards default to English since most of the tools are designed for it, while meetings and other communications happen in whichever language your team prefers, or a mix.
